I know, i know…i haven’t posted in quite some time, not that anyone reads this blog regardless. i have had several things encompassing my world at once, many minuscule, many larger than what i can handle, but all caused a change in my actions and in my nature. with that said i still have continued my weight loss plans, with a few snags along the way, i have placed my culinary desires...

alright, so this has nothing to do with the blog but tomorrow is the beginning of my honeymoon!!! we are going to Cali, first time for me but my wife has been to LA before. We are flying into San Diego, then driving to LA, then up to San Fran…all the while leaving our beaten trail behind us. any suggestions???

alright so this was a Paleo cheat day…no i didn’t get off the diet but i did eat a lot of meat…mmmmmm, meat :)

chicken breast (grilled)…just had the chicken cause i knew about dinner ;)
Dinner:
16 oz naked beef ribs (i think im exaggeratting the amount of meat but oh well)
i boiled the ribs in water and pressed garlic...

jen…i agree with the tattoo comment. funny thing we were talking about it the other day. its a branding for life, very few things are worth ruining your skin for life…

so yesterday’s workout was very productive, did 15 mins on the stairmaster, 70 mins elliptical and 6 sets of abs. while i’m talking about he stairmaster, how was that the craze a few years ago?! that was the first time i used it and hopefully the last. once again i wanted to send a shout out to my friend Jen…thanks for keeping me on track, it’s hard to stay motivated but...
Monday 7-27-09 Paleo Day 7
one whole week on Paleo already! so i do feel more cleansed, i am losing weight pretty well. i weighed in today at 260.2lbs, thats 16.4lbs lost in 20 days. i had a set back a few weeks ago but i made up for it and some more ;) i had a crossfit session with my friend Jen and it was awesome, everyone motivated each other and we did the last round together…awesome!
